EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In allowing you entry into the event Sanford Ltd are organisers of the Event has relied on your agreement to these Conditions of Entry. Accordingly, please READ THEM CAREFULLY AND DO NOT ENTER  the Event if you do not agree with any of the Conditions of Entry.

As detailed in all publicity material relating to the events  General Admission tickets for the Event must be made through the Events website  www.aucklandseafoodfestival.co.nz (website) and its ticketing partner  (TBC)  whose Terms & Conditions appear on their website. Tickets may also be purchased at the Entrance Area to the event on each of the days the event is open.

VIP tickets can be purchased through the Events website or via the email address shown on the Events website. o2 Events Ltd are the exclusive partner for the marketing of tickets to the events VIP hospitality area.

Tickets will in no circumstances be issued to a purchaser until payment in full (cleared funds) has been received. Any collection costs encured in collecting unpaid monies will be payable by the purchaser of the tickets.

Neither Sanford Ltd, its directors, shareholders, employees and agents incur any liability personal or otherwise for losses or damages direct or consequential arising from or in any way occasioned by any happening during the event or arising from cancellation of the event and all participants in the event and the auction do so entirely at their own risk.

Force Majeure

Sanford Ltd may cancel interrupt or stop the event due to circumstances beyond their control. Sanford Ltd shall not be liable for failure to deliver or provide any event or for any delay in delivery or in providing such event where failure or delay is caused by strike, lockout, difficulty in procuring components or materials, shortage of labour, lack of skilled labour, delays in transit, failure or delay by any purchaser in performing any of the purchaser’s obligations under these terms and conditions, failure or delays by suppliers or sub-contractors, failure, delay or inability to obtain any necessary authorisation, legislative departmental or other prohibition or restrictions, fire flood hostilities or other causes whatsoever (whether similar in nature or not to the foregoing,and beyond the reasonable control of Sanford Ltd.

Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons. Alcoholic beverages must not be taken into or from the .Event Area

Management reserves the right to inspect any bag and or/ articles of clothing and will not permit the following to be brought into the Event Area:

  • Alcohol
  • Bicycles
  • Bottles / Cans
  • Gang patches / colors
  • Firearms
  • Fireworks
  • Flares/Distress Signals
  • Glass Containers
  • Illegal substances/items
  • Laser lights/pointers
  • Musical Instruments
  • Rollerblades/skates
  • Skateboards/scooters
  • Weapons
  • Pens/Markers
  • Tennis, Golf balls
  • Animals other than guide dogs
  • Food (except for infants)
  • Unauthorised signage and promotional products
  • And other items that could cause harm or public nuisance as determined by Management.
Patrons wishing to bring valuable personal belongings into the Event do so at their own risk.

The Event is a smoke free venue – smoking is not permitted in any public areas of the Event.
