See all of your favourite Seafood School chefs in action over the Seafood Festival weekend – John Campbell, Mark Dronjak, Petra New, Steve Roberts & Colin Doyle, Marco Kouch and Raymond van Rijk.

Your chefs will be showcasing the best of the seasonal fish and produce available via fun and entertaining cooking demonstrations and displays all weekend. 

There will be tastings and a dedicated retail area showcasing our Seafood School kitchenware products plus the opportunity to purchase our recently released ‘New Zealand Seafood Cookbook’ – a compilation and collaboration of some of our stand out seafood recipes over the past 5 years.
